well one of the reasons I liked the 3dCG was becuase of a wierd fetish of mine in which I don't like seeing the mc hugging the girls as I like to imagine myself in his place.
the other one being the girls actually looked like a cute anime girl you would see in a harem anime, versuses what it's turning out to which looks more like realistic, the face, clothes all seem darker, more gritty versuses the cute style I loved from this game, I mean look at thereses sex scene and look at Larelle's scene, you can see a notable difference

... I know this thread is like one month old by now but I just thought on giving my 2 cents about it XD

While I enjoyed the 3D art when I started playing, I do at some degree prefer the new 2D one. As some people already said, it gives the game and the characters a lot more individuality and also, I think it looks pretty good.

I should really change this thread to Please improve 2DCG, in the time when I first created this thread I've played alot more hentai games WITH SOME BEAUTIFUL ARTWORK and I can see the appeal of the 2DCG but I mean you look at larelle's updated scene and she looks like an undead goth and not in a good way, before she was a cute necromancer but now she looks ugly and realistic, same with alina and yanymaya, they went from this anime style and started to look more like real humans, which is a problem as the games suppose to be about f*cking cute anime girls, not a harem of realistic wankers

In short I've been playing way to many alicesoft games
