March 6th Blog: Dungeon Symbiosis

One of the things that puzzles me a little is the idea of a party of adventurers going after the promise of treasure and riches in a sinister dungeon, and bringing maidens with them, just in case. Now I'm probably simplifying things for how they really will be, but the post kinda makes it sound like that.

Aah, that's one of the ways to make this work I was thinking of. With possibilities to get more maidens that way, or harvest them for mana right away, and maybe the need to have accurate virgin detectors and all that. It's the kind of thing that start as a restriction, and end up as interesting design space.

It puzzled me in Goblin Slayer, since they know females will get raped and stuff. But this game seems more light-hearted so whatever, let's just assume all adventurers are somewhat dumb.
